FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and aims at prediction of unfavourable course of uveal melanoma. Presence of exudate and level of absolute quantity and relative content of T-cytotoxic lymphocytes with phenotype CD3+ CD8+ from total lymphocyte count in peripheral blood are determined. If exudate is present in tumour zone, adjacent area and macula, amount of T-cytotoxic lymphocytes with phenotype CD3+ CD8+ more than 0.4×109/l and relative content more than 22 % unfavourable course is predicted.
EFFECT: use of the declared invention provides selecting a timely, adequate treatment of uveal melanoma.
