FIELD: fodder production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fodder product for domestic animals. Product contains encapsulating material surrounding substance on liquid base, and coating containing dry solid food material enveloping at least part of encapsulating material. Dry solid food material is granulated and represents a dry fodder for domestic animals with moisture content less than 10 %.
EFFECT: use of the invention improves stability of the product by using a coating in form of a pet food fodder granule, and can also deliver the liquid-based substance into the consumer's mouth in pure form; product with liquid core and shell can also serve as a means of delivery of functional components and organoleptic characteristics amplifiers.
