FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, in particular to methods for manufacturing high-performance solar cell modules on a string frame in solar batteries of spacecraft. The effect is achieved by the proposed method for manufacturing a solar cell module and by the fact that in the proposed method for manufacturing a solar cell module, including applying a silicone filler to the front and back sides of solar cells, gluing a protective substrate to the silicone filler, performing vacuum degassing, before applying the silicone filler, a three-layer adhesive coating is formed on the back side of the solar cell by successive drop-spraying of epoxy glue, SIEL silicone compound and an adhesion promoter, and after applying a layer of SIEL silicone compound, heat treatment is performed at a temperature of 150÷180°С.

EFFECT: increasing the service life, increasing the reliability of the solar battery and reducing the volume of repair work by ensuring the strength of the adhesive bond of the silicone filler with the back metallization of solar cells and a protective substrate.
