SUBSTANCE: invention relates to audio data processing. Audio data processing method comprises the steps of: receiving, via an interface on an audio-rendering system coding component, audio data containing audio object signals and associated metadata including audio object size data; determining, based on the sound object size data, a large audio object whose size is greater than the threshold size; decorrelation process is performed over audio signals of large sound objects, wherein decorrelated signals of large sound objects are mutually independent from each other. Decorrelated signals of large audio objects are mixed with at least one audio signal for other audio objects which are spatially separated by a second threshold value of distance from the large sound object.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in processing signals of audio objects by specifying the location of each object.
