FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: sheet of textured electrical steel with low losses in iron is proposed, even if at least one element is segregated at grain boundaries, of Sb, Sn, Mo, Cu and P, and method of its manufacture. In Pr method it is controlled to match in Pr ≤ -0.075T + 18, where T > 10 and 5 < Pr, T (h) is the time required after final annealing to lower temperature of secondary recrystallized sheet from 800 °C to 400 °C, and Pr (MPa) represents linear tension of secondary-recrystallized sheet during annealing-straightening.
EFFECT: as a result, sheet of textured electrical steel in which losses in iron are low and dislocation density near crystal grain boundaries of steel substrate is 1×1013 m-2 or less, can be obtained even when textured electrical steel sheet contains at least one element of Sb, Sn, Mo, Cu and P.
