FIELD: computer equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer, information and analytical equipment and can be used for the purpose of controlled operation of buildings of organizations and enterprises in order to plan recovery. Result is achieved by a building restoration decision support system comprising a parameter input unit, an information analysis module consisting of a building restoration cost determination unit and a buildings operation cost determination unit, a memory unit, an information display unit, an information processing unit consisting of a unit of reference indicators and a ranking and criteria ranking and calculation unit, wherein the system is additionally equipped with a building condition monitoring module represented by a plurality of sensors, a plurality of independent data collection units, the number of which corresponds to the number of sensors, and a control station.
EFFECT: technical result consists in automation and support of making management decisions in conditions of availability of several criteria, based on which planning of buildings reconstruction is carried out.
