Result is achieved by a building restoration decision support system comprising a parameter input unit, an information analysis module consisting of a building restoration cost determination unit and a buildings operation cost determination unit, a memory unit, an information display unit, an information processing unit consisting of a unit of reference indicators and a ranking and criteria ranking and calculation unit, wherein the system is additionally equipped with a building condition monitoring module represented by a plurality of sensors, a plurality of independent data collection units, the number of which corresponds to the number of sensors, and a control station.

EFFECT: technical result consists in automation and support of making management decisions in conditions of availability of several criteria, based on which planning of buildings reconstruction is carried out.
