FIELD: railway movement control.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to means for controlling the movement of vehicles with changing configurations of the train flow. The system contains a server (1), a memory block (2), a central processor (3) of an operator’s automated workplace with a connected memory module (4), a monitor (5), an information input block (6), a data bus (7), a block (8) for setting conditions for movement of trains, a block (9) for setting infrastructure parameters, a block (10) for analyzing the implementation of the transportation process, a second memory module (11) with a database on the level of influence of each parameter, the third memory module (12) with statistical data on deviations from the normative traffic schedules, block (13) for identifying the risks of traffic congestion, module (14) for calculating risk indicators, module (15) for simulating formation of traffic jams, module (16) for simulating the analysis of traffic congestion, the fourth memory module (17) with an information database of infrastructure solutions to reduce the risk of congestion and to speed up their analysis for movement, the fifth memory module (18) with an information base of algorithms for moving trains when eliminating congestion, a module (19) for calculating investment and operating costs and income from transportation, a module (20) for simulating formation of logistical congestion, a module (21) for simulating analysis of logistical congestion, and the sixth memory module (22) with an information database of infrastructure solutions to reduce the risks of logistical congestion and to accelerate their analysis.
EFFECT: increase in reliability of determining the capabilities of a section of a railway track for transportation of goods and passengers in trains of different categories is achieved for making management decisions in the design and operation of a transport corridor.
