SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, in particular, to production of tea beverages. Ingredients for preparation of larch-based tea beverage consists of dry vegetal components including cambium and larch bark in ratio from 1 9 to 9:1.
EFFECT: invention allows to create a composition of a tea beverage with a new original taste and aroma of Siberian forests, a tonic action, which is a source of vitamins, oligosaccharides, polyphenol flavanoids, organic acids, tanning substances, minerals and other compounds.
