FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention represents a method for producing potato microtubers in vitro, involving cutting microcrops for clonal micropropagation from apical and middle part of test-tube potato directly in a test tube using surgical scissors with curved blades 23 cm long, and to produce microtubers, initial test tubes with the basal part of the initial plants and the nutrient medium remaining in them are used.
EFFECT: method for production of potato microtubers in vitro is proposed.
