FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of making parts from composite materials, namely, to methods of making preforms of working blades of fan of aircraft engine from composite material. Method is implemented by the fact that multiple layers of reinforcing fiber is serially fixed to the base by stitches of fixing thread from aramid material. At least two separate parts of the preform are pre-formed. Parts forming outer surface of preform include section forming profile section of blade and section forming blade shank. Number of layers of the reinforcing fiber of the shank of the blade exceeds the number of layers of the reinforcing fiber of the shaped part of the blade. Then separate parts of preform are connected so that layer of reinforcing fiber with maximum number of stitching thread stitches is located on outer surface of working blade preform.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of resistance of fan working blades shank of composite material to fretting-wear.
