SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to X-ray endovascular surgery, and can be used for transcatheter recanalization of the occluded branches of the pulmonary artery in chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH). That is ensured by a retrograde angiography of the bronchial artery with a femoral arterial approach, wherein a diagnostic catheter at the mouth of the bronchial artery corresponding to the operated lung is inserted through an introducer installed in the femoral artery, retrograde contrasting of the periphery of the occluded segmentary branches of the pulmonary artery is performed, further, by jug access with the help of a guide catheter, selective catheterisation of the occluded segmentary branch of the pulmonary artery is performed and the coronary conductor is introduced into the occluded branch, the patient undergoes recanalization under X-ray control, after which a balloon catheter is introduced along the coronary conductor and balloon angioplasty is performed.

EFFECT: method enables eliminating fatal complications, such as perforations and ruptures of pulmonary artery branches with massive hemorrhage.
