FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of instrument making and may be used to suppress oscillations in systems, objects of which contain one or several oscillating links. In order to achieve this result in devices, which use stabilising properties of gyroscope, rotor of which, due to rotation with high angular speed, creates kinetic torque required for preservation of invariable position of the main axis of gyroscope in inertial space. Angular speeds of main gyroscope axis deviation in inertial space are determined by value of gyroscope kinetic torque. Number of rotor rotations is increased, and most part of gyroscope mass is concentrated in its rim of larger diametre, being placed on comparatively thin diaphragm. In order to eliminate deformations of gyroscope diaphragm and shaft, support of massive gyroscope rim is arranged on thrust bearing, which compensates axial and partially radial deformations.
