SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely physical therapy, sports medicine, traumatology, orthopedics, neurology, rehabilitation. 9 active free physical exercises are performed in a course of 20 lessons. Exercises are performed using sports equipment: gymnastic elastic band, gymnastic ball and gymnastic hemisphere. When performing each exercise, perform 3 approaches with an interval between them of at least 30 seconds, in each of the approaches for 10 repetitions. Each element of the exercise is performed for at least 4 seconds.
EFFECT: method provides an increase in the rate of treatment of arthrosis of the knee joint.
