FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, sports medicine, orthopedics, and can be used in assessing the effectiveness of stabilizer muscles in patients with dorsopathies. For this purpose, the patient's stabilizers are physically loaded on the muscles with help of 3 physical active free exercises in turns using the BOSU gymnastic hemisphere with the subsequent graduation of the patient by the results of the performed exercises. When performing all three physical exercises, the BOSU gymnastic hemisphere is placed the way the inflatable rubber hemisphere thereof is at the bottom, and the flat base of the BOSU gymnastic hemisphere is parallel to the floor surface. For the first exercise, the patient is placed on the flat base of the BOSU gymnastic hemisphere to the initial position, wherein one of his legs, support one is placed on the middle of the said flat base of the BOSU gymnastic hemisphere and straightened in the knee joint, and the other one is bent, hands at the seams. First exercise consists in the retraction of the semi-bent leg backwards, touching the floor, with the subsequent return to the initial position and further with the semi-bent leg retracting to the side touching the floor. For the second exercise, the patient's legs are placed on the BOSU gymnastic hemisphere flat base into the initial position, similar to the first exercise, and the patient's hands with the pressure ball are bent in the elbow joints and placed at the chest level. Patient withdraws the semi-bent leg backwards, touching the floor, then, returning to the initial position, lifts the same leg, bending it in knee joint, simultaneously lifting the ball up at angle of 45 degrees, straightening at the same time hands in elbow joints. For performing the third exercise, the patient is placed on the BOSU gymnastic hemisphere flat base into the initial position, similar to the second exercise, and the patient withdraws the semi-bent leg backwards by tying her by the support leg, touching the floor, then, returning to the initial position, lifts the semi-bent leg, bending it in knee joint, simultaneously lifting ball upwards at angle of 45 degrees, straightening arms in elbow joints. Each exercise is performed repeatedly by patient, thus changing support leg. Exercises are performed by three approaches, in each of which for 12 repetitions. Provided that the patient achieves three sets of 12 repetitions of each exercise, 2 points for each approach are assigned. If patient has 1 to 2 sets of 12 repetitions, 1 point is assigned. Provided that no patient approaches the patient, 0 points is assigned. Patient's typing of 5–6 points shows the patient's stabilizers' muscle performance as good. Patient's score of 3–4 points is satisfactory, and patient's stabilization apparatus efficiency of unsatisfactory 0–2 points is estimated. Points are assigned both for initial performance of each exercise, and for its repeated execution with change of support leg.
EFFECT: method provides the effective evaluation of the stabilizer muscles in the given category of patients ensured by the optimum set of the exercises providing the maximal functioning of the above muscles.
