FIELD: pipeline fittings.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to valve industry, in particular, to direct-flow control valves used in industrial pipeline fittings, and is intended for control and shutdown of liquids and gases working media. Adjusting two-plunger passage valve, comprising external and internal housings, inlet and outlet branch pipes with flanges, flow divider made in the form of a perforated hollow cylinder, holes in which are arranged in circular rows, locking device with a translational motion drive in the form of a rack mechanism, the locking device is a shell, the inner surface of which interacts with the outer surface of the perforated hollow cylinder, closed from one end, and in lateral parts – with inner housing surface, external surface of shell is made in the form of two parts – cylindrical and curved, wherein cylindrical part is in contact with inner housing surface. Inside the perforated hollow cylinder there is coaxially arranged an inner plunger, which is a cylinder closed with a disc on the side of the inner body with holes on the side surface, cylinder walls on inner side have curved shape, and to disc in its central part cylindrical limiter with spring is attached, second end of which is connected to external plunger in its central part, and in outlet branch pipe there is an annular stop.
EFFECT: disclosed control double-plunger passage valve provides reliable operation, prevents cavitation effects and is reliably sealed in closed position.
