FIELD: valve industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve industry, in particular, to direct-flow control valves used in industrial pipeline fittings, and is intended for control and shutdown of liquids and gases working media. Disclosed is straight-flow control valve comprising external and internal housings, inlet and outlet flanges, flow divider, which is a perforated cylinder, coaxial to which there is a locking member, connected to the rack-type drive by means of a rod, an expansion bushing placed in the outlet flange, the locking member is installed by the possibility of rotation about its axis, wherein rod end section is installed in inner housing cavity by means of bearing, and in the zone of the outlet flange the locking element rests against the cylindrical projection made in the expansion sleeve, besides, on the surface of the rod and the rack drive there are toothed rims are made, and holes in perforated cylinder and locking member have same shape, arranged in circular rows, wherein distance between rows, distance to edge of outlet flange from closest row of holes and angular pitch between centers of holes in perforated cylinder and locking member are identical, in the connection zone of the locking member and the expansion sleeve, to their inner surfaces, sides having maximum length, triangular guide vanes are attached, with possibility of rotation relative to hinges located on internal surface of expansion bushing, and are connected to inner surface of locking member by means of parallel plates, between which partitions with axes are installed, wherein one of plates is made of shorter length.

EFFECT: proposed straight-flow control valve allows to reduce cavitation and prevent destruction of internal parts of the valve.
