FIELD: valve industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to valve industry, in particular, to direct-flow control valves used in industrial pipeline fittings, and is intended for control and shutdown of liquids and gases working media. Direct-flow control valve includes external and internal housings, inlet and outlet flanges, flow divider representing a perforated cylinder, coaxially to which there is a locking member connected to the rack-type drive by means of a rod, an expansion bushing arranged in the outlet flange. To the end part of the locking member, on the side of the outlet flange, by the larger base a hollow truncated cone is connected, on smaller base of which, coaxially to perforated cylinder, additional perforated cylinder is located, contacting outer side surface with conical part of expansion bushing, having cylinder-conic shape and installed in outlet flange, note here that taper angle of hollow truncated cone and conical part of expansion sleeve match, while through hollow truncated cone there are through holes arranged in circle between perforated cylinders.
EFFECT: proposed straight-flow control valve provides reliable operation, prevents cavitation effects and is reliably sealed in closed position.
