SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to valve industry, in particular to control valves of axial flow used in industrial pipeline fittings, and is intended for control and shutdown of fluids and gases working media. Shutoff and control valve, comprising external and internal housings, inlet and outlet pipes with flanges, flow divider made in the form of a perforated hollow cylinder, closed at one end, locking device with translational motion drive in the form of a rack mechanism, the locking device is a cylinder-conical shell contacting in the side parts with the inner housing surface, wherein the conical part is installed on the outlet branch pipe side, and on the inner surface of the shell, in the area of its cylindrical part there are radial partitions connected to the rack mechanism. At the end of the inner housing on the side of the outlet branch pipe there is a conical recess the taper angle of which coincides with the taper angle of the conical part of the shell, on the inner surface of the external housing in the zone of the outlet branch pipe there is an annular recess the outer diameter of which is equal to the maximum diameter of the conical part of the shell, and in outlet branch pipe there are pockets in which blades are installed with possibility of rotation relative to hinges arranged inside pockets and equipped with turning mechanism.

EFFECT: proposed shutoff-control valve has a relatively simple design, prevents leakage of liquid in closed position and reduces cavitation effects.
