FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a system for treating wounds in entero-atmospheric fistulas. Proposed system comprises braking passage of fluid mediums, gas-impermeable closing device 1 to close wound and wound area surrounding skin. System includes hole (2) provided in closing device (1), as well as amplifier (3, 3b) counteracting deformation of the closing device in the zone of the hole matched with hole (2) and connected impermeable to the fluid medium with closing device (1); underpressure may be created in space confined by closing device (1) closed by skin or wound and amplifying device respectively. Closing device has film (1) provided on one side with open pores, the side of which with open pores faces the skin and is surrounded by an impermeable fluid impermeable to the wound and an edge which is impermeable to the fluid medium.
EFFECT: technical result is a simple superimposition of the wound healing system with simultaneous uniform pressure distribution within the wound.
