FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine and medical microbiology. Guinea pigs are injected abdominally with dexamethasone at dose of 0.8 mg/kg once daily for 3 days. Two days after the last injection, the animal is injected intratesticularly with an excitatory culture in a sublethal dose of 100 million live microbes.
EFFECT: method enables developing certain manifestations of an infectious process, the use of which is necessary to solve a number of practical problems associated with assessing the pathogenic properties of microbes, animating laboratory cultures, assessing the effectiveness of therapeutic agents and prevention.
