FIELD: pipes and hoses.
SUBSTANCE: reinforced detachable heat insulation (RDHI) comprises heat insulation blocks arranged on outer surface of heat-insulating equipment and tightly jointed to each other by longitudinal side walls and including boxes made from stainless steel and filled with heat-insulating material. Box is made in the form of a strong reinforcing carcass grate made of rigidly fixed rods of round cross-section with diameter of 0.2–5.0 mm or equivalent by their strength bars of another section profile, as well as thin-walled stainless facing sheet, stamped corrugated stainless steel washers with chutes with small narrowing of inlet part for connection with intersections of reinforcing grid rods, which is connected with thin-walled stainless steel sheet by flanges of corrugated washers by means of contact welding, forming RDHI unit. RDHI units are interconnected by means of latch locks installed on the corners of the external and internal bases, conjugated RDHI units and consisting of portable grippers and fixed hooks chambers arranged inside RDHI units. Hooking walls form sections with inclined plane e, mutually contacting when docking with surface of gripping plates with rounding, arranged coaxially to line of joints of angles of side walls of blocks. Grips are interconnected by annular spring attached to elastic gripping plates and connecting them symmetrically relative to axis of symmetry of grips so that closest inner elastic wall of each gripper is located from axis of symmetry of grips at distance b, which is less than distance a. Due to difference of distances c = a-b, called guaranteed interference obtained by interaction of grip and hook, constant fixation of side faces of blocks with each other, wherein the compensating flexible interference is obtained due to the arising elastic deformations, bending of the gripping plates, elastic torsion and straightening of the elastic annular spring, forming a flexible feedback compensating movement of the RDHI units at temperature expansion of the heat-insulated surface of the equipment.
EFFECT: invention relates to heat insulation of pipelines and cylindrical vessels.
