Predictors used are indicators of highly sensitive C-reactive protein - XhsCRP and anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-6 - human IL6. They are determined in venous blood serum. By formula: Ydlp = 450.1 − 14.84 * XhsCRP − 14.54 * human IL6 is used to calculate duration of latent period in hours.

EFFECT: method enables optimizing the obstetric approach, improving perinatal outcomes in super early and early preterm birth complicated by rupture of amniotic membranes.
