SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology. A method for predicting intrauterine infection realization with early premature rupture of the fetal membranes is that the level of C-reactive protein (P1) and the number of neutrophils and lymphocytes are determined in the blood, followed by the calculation of the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio (P2), detect the presence of hypamnion (P3) using ultrasound, followed by entering these data into the equation to calculate the risk of intrauterine infection: r (intrauterine infection realization) = 1/1 + e - Z, wherein r (intrauterine infection realization) is the risk of intrauterine infection realization value, е - base of the natural logarithm (Euler number = 2.718), while the z value is calculated using the formula: z = 0,370 × П1+0,246 × П2+1,059 × П3 - 5,243, and with r ≥ 0.489 the risk of intrauterine infection realization with early premature rupture of the fetal membranes is considered to be high, while with r < 0,489, the risk of intrauterine infection realization with early premature rupture of the fetal membranes is considered to be low.

EFFECT: invention improves accuracy of predicting intrauterine infection realization in patients with early premature rupture of the fetal membranes.
