SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology, in particular to genetic engineering and in particular to the recombinant protein L-HEP-HG6-CBD, recombinant protein, which is used to produce recombinant protein L-HEP-HG6-CBD, recombinant plasmid DNA pET32b-L-HEP-HG6-CBD for expression of recombinant protein, strain Escherichia coli BL 21(DE3)/L-HEP-HG6-CBD, which produces recombinant protein, as well as a method for production of recombinant protein L-HEP-HG6-CBD.
EFFECT: technical result of this invention consists in producing cells-producer of recombinant protein, having catalytic activity of light chain human enteropeptidase and capable of immobilisation on metal-chelate and chitin carriers without loss of catalytic activity.
