SUBSTANCE: proposed is a recombinant plasmid DNA pet302-NT-His-hIFN-λ1 for expression of the recombinant interferon protein hIFN-λ1 with the sequence SEQ ID NO:3 in E. coli cells. Also proposed is a strain of Escherichia coli BL21[DE3]pET302-hIFNL1 - producer of the recombinant interferon protein hIFN-λ1 with the sequence SEQ ID NO:3. Said strain is therein produced by transforming cells of the BL21DE3 E. coli strain by the recombinant plasmid DNA pet302-NT-His-hIFN-λ1.

EFFECT: produced lambda interferon is stable in storage and can be used as a therapeutic agent.
