FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry and can be used for production of functional products, particularly alcohol-free beverages. Disclosed is a food concentrate for preparation of beverages, the basis of which is malt in form of a dry malt extract, milk in form of dry powder. Concentrate contains vegetable lignans, inulin of girasol, sugar and salt. Additionally, the product may contain cocoa powder, dry fruit puree and probiotic microorganisms.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of beverages with high organoleptic properties and simplifies the production method.
