FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to downhole equipment for oil and gas industry. Proposed device comprises housing accommodating lengthwise groove to accommodate downhole transducer with depth cable connected thereto. In the slot there is a tread for placement of a deep cable in it, which is fixed on the body by means of covers fixed with the help of screws through holes. In the housing along the sensor location the holes are made, in which the clamping screws are installed for the sensor fixation. Pressure bushing is installed in the case for connection of the sensor to the internal port of the holder. Connection point of the sensor with the pressure bushing is protected by means of a cover fastened by means of screws through holes. Between the sensor and the housing there installed is a replaceable metal substrate, the thickness of which is selected depending on the external diameter of the sensor so as to ensure coaxiality of the holes of the sensor and the pressure bushing.

EFFECT: enabling reliable connection of the sensor to the holder, wider possibility of using holders of downhole sensors for installation of sensors of different sizes in them.
