SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. A set and method for the diagnosis of bladder cancer using C228T and C250T mutations in the promoter of the hTERT gene are proposed. The set includes a sensor and solutions of dye-labeled oligonucleotides with a detection limit of no more than 1 micron, GnuS-C228T-label and GnuS-C250T-label. The method involves taking a biological sample, where one part of the sample is mixed with a solution of the oligonucleotide GnuS-C228T-label, and the other part with a solution of GnuS-C250T-label, carrying out their hybridization, followed by the determination of DNA mutations C228T and C250T.
EFFECT: inventions ensure the achievement of high accuracy in the diagnosis of bladder cancer in the early stages of tumor development.
