SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composite stent having at least two coaxially arranged stents and at least one membrane, and which serves, in particular, as a stent-graft for covering vascular abnormalities, such as, for example, aneurysms or shunts, as well as for reinforcement of labile, fragile and thrombotic walls of vessels. Composite stent has at least two coaxially arranged stents and at least one membrane. First stent is provided for internal positioning, and the second stent is for external positioning. First membrane is located on the inner side of the first stent and/or the second membrane is on the outer side of the second stent, wherein the corresponding ends of the membranes are bent around the corresponding ends of the stent on which they are located so that the ends of the membranes are held between the two stents.

EFFECT: expansion of the above composite stent does not lead to damage to the membranes and therefore to a breach of tightness, and besides, this composite stent has no protrusions inside the lumen of the stent due to protruding brackets and due to membrane ends swelling under certain conditions, and therefore has no potential points of onset of thrombus formation, which can lead to clogging of the stent.
