FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used to determine erythrocyte resistance in a patient. That is ensured by blood sampling. Sample is exposed to a trypsin enzyme solution with concentration of 2 %. Level of erythrocyte resistance is determined proceeding from formation of "shadows" of erythrocytes in the form of preserved plasmolemma in five time intervals of 1 min each. If the haemolysed erythrocyte count is 50 % or more, first 5 minutes of the study show reducing erythrocyte resistance.
EFFECT: invention provides higher diagnostic accuracy of erythrocyte resistance in a patient.
