SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispensers and control systems for a dispenser for viscous semi-liquid products. Control method for a dispenser for viscous semi-liquid frozen or hot products, comprising a stirring means configured to stir products, engine (50) configured to bring the agitating means into rotation, cooling means or heating means configured to supply heat or cooling energy to the product, a rotational speed sensor (80) configured to determine a rotation speed, and temperature sensor (13) configured to determine temperature of product includes steps of: a) cooling or heating the product using a cooling means or a heating means; b) comparing the temperature of the product determined by temperature sensor (13) with the target preset temperature value of the product, and deciding whether to continue cooling or heating or stopping cooling or heating and maintaining the stop state for a predetermined time; c) interference by corresponding correction of the target pre-set value when the data set received from the rotation speed sensor (80) indicates that the rotation speed trend corresponds to the predetermined interference conditions; and d) returning to step a) to perform the next cycle.

EFFECT: disclosed control method for a dispenser for viscous semi-liquid products enables accurate and reliable control of viscosity of the product to maintain uniformity of characteristics of the dispensed product and maximum possible reduction of environmental effects.
