FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: electronic controller is configured to control motor. Method includes: determination of voltage on DC bus of electronic regulator; if the voltage on the DC bus is greater than the first voltage threshold value and less than or equal to the second threshold voltage value, adjusting the electronic controller control parameter based on the difference between the voltage on the DC bus and the first voltage threshold such that the electronic controller controls the motor based on the adjusted control parameter to restrain further voltage rise on the DC bus, wherein the second voltage threshold is greater than the first voltage threshold value.
EFFECT: prevention of damage or failure of aircraft due to possible disconnection of electronic regulator output due to overvoltage during active maneuvering by aircraft.
