FIELD: test equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment and can be used for evaluation of structural strength of materials. Device comprises a metal platform on which there is a post pivotally connected to the lever, a pusher loading the sample with a cyclically variable load, spring-loaded lever transmitting cyclically variable test force to test specimen, created by pre-compressed spring during testing, engine, a rotating shaft on which a rotating eccentric is arranged, a periodically compressing spring which transmits load to the lever, and a support on which the tested sample is placed. Support for the test specimen is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with stepped varying inner radius.
EFFECT: possibility of evaluating fatigue structural strength of material during cyclic tests of plane-cylindrical specimens, material of working zone of which is in complex stress-strain state characterized by preset value of coefficient P – stiffness coefficient of VAT type.
