SUBSTANCE: invention relates to capsule (1) for preparation of a beverage in an automatic beverage preparation device (43) comprising cup-shaped body (2) formed by side wall (6) and lower wall (7) with outlet opening (8) closed by closing film (21), and filter element (9) equipped with perforated element (20) and located perpendicular to longitudinal axis of capsule, ideally dividing cup-shaped body (2) on upper part (2a) containing brewed substance, and lower part (2b) containing chamber (11) for beverage collection. Lower wall (7) comprises annular section (27) located perpendicular to axis (3) of capsule, providing stable support base for capsule (1) when capsule (1) is installed in appropriate percolation socket (44) of automatic device (43) for beverages preparation. Lower part (2b) comprises a region of geometrical irregularity (22), shape and/or size of which is selected so that during compression of capsule (1) in axial direction deformation of lower part (2b) of cup-shaped body (2) takes place mainly in the area of geometric non-uniformities (22), and perforated element (20) as a result of this passed through closing film (21).
EFFECT: disclosed is capsule for beverages preparation.
