SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a capsule for infusion of products intended for use in a beverage preparation machine. Disclosed capsule for infusion products, in particular for coffee, comprises cup-shaped body and cover, which closes cup-shaped body from above, wherein cup-shaped body comprises side wall and bottom wall, having at least one outlet for the beverage outflow from the capsule and a retaining wall confining from below the intermediate compartment containing the infusion product holding the wall, including impermeable layer, which is firmly fixed on peripheral edge of cup-shaped body and is set to break as a result of pressure increase in intermediate compartment after introduction under pressure of hot water into capsule, as well as a lower compartment located at a certain distance from the lower wall, wherein the capsule further comprises a filtering means for filtering the beverage before the outlet, wherein capsule further comprises perforated and elastically deformable support disc, which is located under impermeable layer, wherein peripheral edge of disc is resting on capsule lower wall or on support surface located at some distance from capsule bottom wall, disc is configured to deform during bending in the direction of the lower wall of the capsule, as a result of impermeable layer deformation at increase of pressure inside intermediate compartment due to injection into capsule of hot water under pressure there is an impermeable layer rupture as a result of its deformation.

EFFECT: technical result consists in creating an improved capsule, in particular a capsule, not requiring a perforating plate for opening the retaining wall, as well as providing improved beverage outflow from compartment and improved quality of produced beverage.
