Device for detecting boundaries of on-bit range contains N-bit input bus D, output bit QR of LSB number and output bus QL of number of high-order bits, containing M bits, where M=]log2 (N+1)[(greater integer), a group of (N-1) OR elements 11, 12, …, 1(N-1), a group of (N-1) elements NOR 21, 22, …, 2(N-1), first 31 and second 32 counters of lower ordered units, as well as internal shift bus SR to the right and internal shift bus SL to the left, which contain N digits.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is broader functional capabilities in terms of determining boundaries of a on-bit range.
