SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer equipment, in particular to data processing devices, and can be used for construction of automation equipment and functional units of control systems, as well as for processing results of physical experiments. Device comprises N bits of input bus D – D1, D2, …, DN, N bits of output bus Q – Q1, Q2, ..., QN, first group of (N-2) elements OR 1₁, 1₂, ..., 1_(N-2), the second group of (N-2) elements OR 2₁, 2₂, ..., 2_(N-2) and a group of (N-2) elements AND 3₁, 3₂, ..., 3_(N-2). First group of elements OR 1₁, 1₂, ..., 1_(N-2), combined into a chain, forms an ordered group of contiguous units in the least significant bits, the second group of elements OR 2₁, 2₂, ..., 2_(N-2) generates ordered group of units in high-order bits, and in group of elements AND 3₁, 3₂, ..., 3_(N-2) checking unit values in similar bits of ordered groups of units.
