FIELD: internal combustion engines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubrication system of internal combustion engine. Engine oil filter includes lubricating oil channel (1) and oil inlet hole (3) and oil outlet hole (4), which are located at two ends of lubricant oil channel (1). Engine oil filter additionally comprises check valve (7), which is located in inlet hole for oil and which makes it possible to flow lubricating oil only into lubricating oil channel. Also disclosed herein is a lubrication system using an engine oil filter and an internal combustion engine having a lubrication system. When the internal combustion engine stops operation, the lubricating oil flows back from the oil outlet into the engine oil filter. Since check valve is located at engine oil filter oil inlet, lubricant oil flowing back to engine oil passage can not flow back from oil inlet into crankcase tray. Lubricating oil is temporarily stored in the oil filter of the engine, which can effectively reduce the time for setting the desired oil pressure when the internal combustion engine resumes operation. Lubricating oil may also reach the correct lubrication position more quickly.

EFFECT: as a result, internal combustion engine can be sufficiently lubricated as fast as possible.
