FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, particularly, to construction of tunnels. Tunnel includes extended segments. Extended segments are finished elements of tunnel, at that, tunnel consists of several sections coming out from each other and pressed at design distance into tunnel depth. Each section is formed of extended segments and is made in the form of truncated cone-shaped shell, at that, sections of tunnel in form of truncated cone-shaped shell are oriented so that bases of truncated cones of sections are directed to side, in which tunnel is erected, and truncated apexes of cones of sections are directed to side, where erection is performed. Each truncated cone-shaped shell consists of a calculated number of extended segments, where each extended segment is made in the form of elongated non-hollow profile of trapezoid shape, longitudinal horizontal section of which is also made in the form of trapezoid. Each first extended segment of each row in each truncated cone-shaped shell is equipped with a pointed end on the wide side of elongated profile of trapezoid shape.
EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring the possibility of fast construction of an unlimited length tunnel of identical elements made in advance in the factory without using expensive and cumbersome equipment, temporary structures, as well as in construction of a tunnel which does not require preliminary works on erection of a protective screen, concreting and excavating soil from extended segments, as well as a simple and low-cost method of constructing this tunnel.
