SUBSTANCE: environmental-resistant coated element 100 includes ceramic substrate 1 reinforced with long SiC fibres, and an environmentally exposed barrier coating layer 2 formed on the entire surface of ceramic substrate 1 reinforced with long SiC fibres. Environmentally-exposed barrier coating layer 2 comprises a SiAlON bonding layer 21 arranged in the form of a layer on ceramic substrate 1 reinforced with long SiC fibres; mullite layer 22 arranged in the form of a layer on the SiAlON binding layer 21, reaction retardation layer 23, arranged in the form of a layer on mullite layer 22, and gradient layer 24 formed on reaction retardation layer 23 and having a composition which gradually varies from rare-earth element disilicate to rare-earth element monosilicate. Reaction delaying layer 23 includes at least one of layers: a layer of aluminium oxide, a garnet layer and a layer of monosilicate of a rare-earth element. If reaction moderating layer 23 includes two or more of said layers, said two or more layers are formed in said order: a layer of aluminium oxide, a garnet layer and a layer of monosilicate of a rare-earth element on the side of mullite layer 22 in the direction of the side of gradient layer 24.

EFFECT: technical result is providing high resistance to corrosive gases, such as oxygen and steam.
