FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose materials unloading methods. Proposed method comprises dump truck loading onto unloading platform, body lifting and unloading of loose material into receiving hopper. Platform is equipped with a drive and a hinged turning assembly adjoining the front wall of the hopper equipped with an unloading feeder. Body is unloaded 30–50 % of total weight of material, then dump with lifted body, in which there is 50–70 % of material, moves from platform, pouring along it remaining material. Hopper has volume equal to 30–50 % of dumper truck volume. Length of platform is 60–80 % of length of dump truck body. After the operation of unloading the first portion of material and simultaneous unloading operation, the hopper is controlled by strain gauges of weight, on which the hopper rests, mass of loose material in the bunker. At unloading of 90–95 % of weight of initially loaded portion of material unloading platform is rotated through angle +(45–50°), providing gradual pumping from platform of remaining part of material. At unloading of 90–95 % of weight of remaining part of material unloaded on platform, platform turns through angle -(45–50°) and gets into initial position.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of loose material unloading.
