FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loading of charge and glass cullet into bins of glass melting furnace loaders. Proposed method comprises measurement of charge and cullet mixture level in bins of glass melting furnace loaders and at reduction of said level below permissible layer-by-layer dosed delivery of charge and cullet to transporting conveyor equipped with plow throwers. Plow release devices intended for discharge of transported materials into bins of loaders are equipped with horizontal movable platforms installed under conveyor belt and fixed dropping knives equipped with electromagnetic vibrators. During transportation of charge and cullet, joint and separate transportation of charge and cullet is controlled in zones of installation of plow throwers and amplitude of oscillations of electromagnetic vibrator is varied depending on it. Change in amplitude of oscillations is performed with transport delay equal to time of charge and cullet transportation from cullet dosing position to corresponding plow-dropper. If charge mixture and cullet mixture are discharged, mean value of amplitude is set, and if only charge is discharged from conveyor or only cullet, then oscillation amplitude of electromagnetic vibrator either is reduced below its average value or is increased to maximum possible value.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is to increase efficiency of charge mixture and cullet mixture charging into bins of glass melting furnace loaders.
