FIELD: glass industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the glass industry and can be used at glass factories producing glass containers, and at the bases of secondary raw materials for processing solid household waste. The cullet processing line contains a receiving hopper with a vibrating unloading feeder, a manual sorting conveyor with a magnetic separator for ferrous metals, first, second, third, fourth and fifth intermediate conveyors, first and second screens, eddy current magnetic separator for non-ferrous metals, drying drum, air classification apparatus , the first and second bucket elevators, the first and second optical separators, a bin for screenings of lightweight impurities and a container for screenings of ceramics, porcelain and stones. The line is additionally equipped with equipment including the third, fourth and fifth optical separators, the third, fourth, fifth and sixth bucket elevators, the sixth, seventh and eighth intermediate conveyors, the first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth flow switches, a multi-colored screening weight bin cullet with a rotary vibrating feeder, a crusher and a screening bin for multi-colored cullet, as well as three storage silos for green, brown and colorless cullet. Optimization of the optical separation of cullet is achieved due to the conditional separation of the processed cullet into cullet with a predominant percentage of brown, green and colorless glass. And the following basic and additional parameters are entered into the control units for optical separators: glass and not glass; the glass is brown and not brown; glass is green and not green; the glass is colorless and not colorless. The use of these parameters allows reducing the total number of optical separators while improving the quality of separation of cullet by color.

EFFECT: increasing efficiency of cullet processing and the quality of separation of cullet by color.
