FIELD: electric and radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric and radio engineering and can be used in the manufacture of a planar transformer intended for use in portable electronic devices. As windings, blanks made of at least two metal sheets pressed together, for example, foil, are used, between which an adhesive strip is laid. Then, on the metal sheets of the workpiece, from its outer side, a topology pattern is etched, which is one turn. After that, a layer of ferromagnetic material is applied to the free surface from the applied turn. With the help of an adhesive strip, separate blanks are glued together into a single structure, holes are created in this structure and holes are drilled for metal contacts, which are riveted and soldered.
EFFECT: allows improving operational capabilities of a transformer with reliable interlayer junctions and a low value of the electrical resistance of the winding, with reliable interlayer junctions and a low value of the electrical resistance of the winding, adding more layers to the multilayer winding, excluding the textolite base from the structure.
