FIELD: casting production.
SUBSTANCE: method for casting on smelted models for manufacturing a finished part includes molding a shell around a master model, dissolving the master model in the shell to form a cavity in the shell, corresponding to the finished part, pouring casting material into the shell cavity, its curing, and removing the shell. The master model corresponding to the finished part by shape is manufactured from one or several plastic materials using an additive technology. Dissolution of the master model in the shell is carried out using ultrasound, which allows this operation without using elevated temperatures, thereby avoiding damage to the shell occurring when exposed to a master model expanding due to heating.
EFFECT: obtaining a method for casting on smelted models.
