SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Performing femtolaser-assisted phacoemulsification in a combination with arcuate keratotomy taking into account cyclotorsia. That is followed by preoperative marking of a horizontal corneal meridian using markers or taps. That is followed by calculating a quantitative value of the cyclotorsia angle in degrees obtained by combining a paracentesis located on 0° or 180° and a horizontal meridian marked in the preoperative period, and further adjusting the location of arcuate keratotomy on the obtained cyclotorsia angle.
EFFECT: method enables determining the angle of eyeball cyclotorsia individually in each specific patient with subsequent correction of the location of the planned arcuate incisions in the program of the femtolaser apparatus relative the strong axis of the cornea.
