FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: method for moving objects directed to an image processing camera by a conveyor, arranged in the direction of movement of the conveyor with the possibility of determining the shape of objects and transmitting the obtained images for recording and recording into a storage device, and then to working zone of actuating device, which is equipped with conveyor and which, like conveyor and video camera, is controlled by control unit. Conveyor is equipped with multi-turn drive wheel turning sensor and provides transportation of objects through surveillance area of video camera, which is located above the conveyor, with the possibility of transmitting to the memory device information on all detected objects located on the conveyor, simultaneously with information on the current position of the rotation angle of the conveyor drive wheel coming from the output of the rotation sensor. Working zone of the actuating device is located above the conveyor after the optical axis of the video camera, in the direction of movement of this conveyor. Control unit is configured to recognize each of the objects and determine their accurate location on the conveyor when the image of the object is captured by the video camera, determining the order of processing objects by the actuating device in the working area with the possibility of minimizing their movement by the conveyor into this working area and minimizing the subsequent movements of the actuating device from one object to the other, as well as with the possibility of generating a program signal to the tracking drive of the driving wheel for the required movement of the object or objects into the working zone of the actuating device by the conveyor. If there are no new objects in the field of visibility of the video camera, the control unit sets the maximum speed of the conveyor movement until new objects are detected or until the whole process is stopped.
EFFECT: automatic movement of objects by conveyor into working zone of actuating device, performing process operations with them due to processing of images of said objects by video camera, as well as determining their location on conveyor and the order of performance of technological operations in working zone of actuating device.
