FIELD: ceramic products.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to the field of production of ceramic products, in particular slabs, more specifically tiles. The machine for compacting powder material (CP) containing ceramic powder includes a compacting device (3), a conveyor unit (5) and a feeding unit (9). In this case, the compacting device (3) is located at the work station (4) and is configured to compact the powder material (CP) so as to obtain a layer of compacted powder material (KP). The conveyor unit (5) is designed to transport powder material (CP) along the first section (PA) of a given trajectory in the direction (A) of advance from the input station (6) to the workstation (4) and a layer of compacted powder material (KP) from the workstation (4) along the second segment (PB) of the specified trajectory. The feeding unit (9) is configured to supply the powder material (CP) to the conveyor unit (5) at the input station (6) and contains a transfer chamber (TC), which is configured to hold and transfer the powder material (CP), in particular, along the trajectory (TP) transfer. In this case, the transfer chamber (TC) has a first wall (10), which is transverse to the direction (A) of advancement, and at least a second wall (11), which is transverse to the direction (A) of advancement, faces the first wall (10) and is located in front of the first wall (10) relative to the direction (A) of advance. The feeding unit (9) contains at least a unit (12) for advancing, which, in turn, contains at least a first belt (13) at least partially located on the first wall (10), and a first device (14) for moving to move the first belt (13) towards the conveyor unit (5). The advancement unit (12) further comprises at least a second belt (17), at least partially located on the second wall (11), and a second movement device (18) for moving the second belt (17) towards the conveyor unit (5). The first movement device (14) comprises a first adjusting unit (21) for adjusting the lateral position of the first belt (13); in particular, the second movement device (18) comprises a second adjusting unit for adjusting the lateral position of the second belt. The ceramic production plant (T) comprises at least a machine (1) for compacting ceramic powder (CP), a cutting unit (60) for cross-cutting a layer of compacted ceramic powder (KP) and at least a kiln (64) for sintering the compacted ceramic powder (KP) of the main bodies (61) so as to obtain ceramic bodies (T).
EFFECT: improving powder distribution efficiency, improving product quality and machine productivity.
