FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to special metallurgy, specifically to methods of producing high-alloy heat-resistant nickel-based alloys with titanium and aluminium content within narrow limits. Proposed method comprises melting of heat-resistant alloy containing, in wt. %: primary charge - 30–40, standard process wastes - 20–30, secondary condition waste in form of passport charge blank is balance. Passport mixture charge is obtained using waste recycling. Casting of the electrode and subsequent refining is performed at melting rate 2.5 to 4.5 kg/min to produce ingots with diameter from 150 to 630 mm.

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining high-quality ingots of heat-resistant alloys with content of titanium and aluminium in narrow ranges with stable mechanical properties.
