FIELD: heating equipment.

SUBSTANCE: combined heat and water-heating boiler includes: a first heat exchanger for generation of heated tap water; a second heat exchanger for generating hot tap water by heat exchange between the tap water and the heated tap water supplied from the first heat exchanger; a flow control valve for regulating the flow rate of the return hot tap water, which passes through the second heat exchanger in the water-heating mode; and a control unit for calculating the required amount of heat corresponding to the temperature of the hot tap water set by the user in the water heating mode, and setting the number of connected heaters so that the supplied heat amount is higher than the required amount of heat, and reducing the degree of opening of the flow control valve to reduce the flow rate of the return hot tap water to the required amount of heat.

EFFECT: boiler is configured to reduce the temperature difference of hot water when using hot water and reduce the number of times the heaters are switched on and off, to prevent reduction of service life of relay.
